Products will be delivered either by Yamato Transport or by our own delivery service.

Additional Shipping Charges Based on Order Amount
- Orders from ¥8,000 to ¥19,999: Regular shipping fee + ¥440
- Orders of ¥20,000 or more: Regular shipping fee + ¥2,640
Cool Delivery Service (Summer Season)
During the summer season, we use refrigerated shipping to protect flowers from heat damage.
An additional ¥660 will be charged on top of the regular shipping fee.
Please note that oversized items may be shipped via standard delivery service instead.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, cancellations after an order has been placed are generally not accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for customer convenience.
However, if the product is damaged upon arrival due to defects or delivery issues, we will provide either:
- a replacement with an equivalent item, or
- a refund.
Reporting Damaged Products
Please take several photos clearly showing the condition of the product and contact us by email within 3 days after delivery.

Please attach photos showing the condition of the product and include the following information in your email:
- Name
- Address
- Contact phone number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Bank account details for refund
(Bank name, branch name, account type, and account holder name)

Once we receive the returned item, we will either issue a bank transfer refund or resend an equivalent product.

Any shipping method such as Yu-Pack or courier service may be used.
Please make sure to include your name when returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please send the item using cash-on-delivery shipping.
Refunds
All refunds will be made via bank transfer.
For returns due to defective products, the full amount including:
- product price
- consumption tax
- shipping fee
will be refunded.
Shipping fees will follow Yamato Transport’s standard rates.
Please note that refunds will appear under the name: “YU) RIN”.
Refused Deliveries & Unreasonable Orders
Customers who intentionally refuse delivery or falsely claim long-term absence after placing an order may be denied future purchases.
